Last month I went to a Hotter Shoes event and decided to choose something to cross the seasons. This spring has seemed so cold that I think that was a wise move in hindsight. Sadly that meant that I decided against these lovely pumps available in various patterned designs. They are called Tara and there are 4 different colour options.
I was very tempted by these floral laceups too. I have a few pairs of shoes from Hotter in this style already, although none as pretty as these (I’d gone for plain colours previously). These are called Mabel and they come in 10 different colours, some patterned and some plain, but it’s the floral ones that really caught my eye.
On the day I was choosing my shoes, I’d just arrived back from an Easter holiday in a rather chilly Scotland and I think that influenced my choice. That said, I’ve not regretted it at all and have worn these quite a lot since. They are great for spring or autumn or even a chillier summer day. They look quite smart, but they are still very practical. This suits my wardrobe as I don’t need a lot of dressy clothes (and shoes) because I mostly work from home and wear my slippers more than any other footwear.
These are called County Boots and they come in 5 different colours. I very nearly picked out the red version as I have a bit of a soft spot for red, but I’ve got red sandals and red trainers already, so I decided I would get more use out of some blue ones. This colour is called Blue River and I’m very impressed with them. They’re already been worn quite a lot and still look as good as new, so I’m very happy with my choice.
